“The one factor that’s left now could be President Moon’s veto, and as a way to fulfill the president’s responsibility to defend the constitutional authorities, it’s only proper to train that veto,” PPP flooring chief Rep. Kweon Seong-dong mentioned throughout a celebration assembly.
